Apple and Onion Stuffing

Description Seasonal stuffing helps to vary the flavor of any roast. Apple and onion stuffing is a perfect choice for the colder months.

  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1½ Tbs butter
  • 3/4 cup fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
Methods/steps
  1. Heat butter in a pan and cook the onions until soft but not brown. Allow to cool.
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Season to taste.
