Apple, Nut and Raisin Cake

Description Those on a milk free diet don't need to give up on cakes and baking. This recipe uses sunflower oil instead of butter.

1/4 cup sunflower oil
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup walnut pieces
2 tbs raisins
3 medium apples, peeled, cored and diced
Methods/steps
1 Preheat oven at 350° F (175° C)
2 Mix sugar and oil until well blended. Add flour, vanilla, cinnamon, one by one, stirring until blended each time. Add walnuts, raisins and apples, mix to distribute evenly.
3 Pour into a greased baking pan and bake 45 minutes in the middle of the oven.
