Chocolate Covered Easter Eggs

Description Something to do with yout kids.
Ingredients

Makes
2 dozen small eggs
  • 2 lb powdered sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • Coating
  • chocolate chips
  • 1 cake paraffin wax
Methods/steps
  1. Soften oleo to room temperature. Cream together oleo and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and any additional flavorings.
  2. Shape into eggs. Place on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours orovernight.
  3. Coat with chocolate
  4. Melt together in top of double boiler.
  5. Dip eggs into chocolate mixture to coat.
