Ingredients
At a glance
- 1/2 cup olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup parsley, fresh
- 2 whole scallion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon tomato paste
Methods/steps
- Place all ingredients, except the paste into a food processor, puree until smooth.
- Fold in the tomato paste.
