Olive Ketchup

Ingredients
At a glance
  • 1/2 cup olives, pitted
  • 1/4 cup parsley, fresh
  • 2 whole scallion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon tomato paste
Methods/steps
  1. Place all ingredients, except the paste into a food processor, puree until smooth.
  2. Fold in the tomato paste.
