- Preheat your oven to 425F. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a 12-inch skillet, it should be oven proof. Heat over a medium flame for 1 minutes. Saute the onions for 7 minutes, st iring frequently. The onions should be golden
- Mix in the cabbage, salt and marjoram along with the remaining oil, toss lightly, and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until the cabbage is wilted, 7 minutes.
- Stir in the beef and potatoes, and place into the oven. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Notes
To brown the top, place in your broiler for a few minutes.
